Yoga is an incredible way to bond with baby, strengthen and support the body, and prepare, physically and mentally, for an empowered birth experience. Through yoga, we learn to calm the fluctuations of the mind and allow the body to be strong yet easeful. Create community and connect with other mamas.
Hilary teaches three times a week at Ashtanga Yoga Richmond in Carytown. Prenatal classes are Tuesdays at 5:45pm and Sundays at 1:30pm. On Thursdays at 12:30 she teaches a class than is a combined class of prenatal and baby and me. It is a favorite!
Couples Birth Workshop is held once every two to three months.
